The Zentoa founder announced her new seamless two-piece gym set while sharing a series of exercises she did at the gym so her 4.4 million Instagram followers could follow along during their next sweat session!

In one of her latest workout videos on Instagram, the celebrity fitness trainer showed off her gym-sculpted muscles as she used machines and free weights to build her fit physique. She performs seven exercises over the course of about an hour, sharing a list of each workout she performs.

So I’ve been loving combining abdominal exercises with upper body exercises, with minimal rest in between. In another Instagram post, Senada didn’t just go to the gym. She showed fans her entire morning routine, which showed her getting ready with a bowl of proats (protein oats) at least thirty minutes before even stepping foot in the gym. The white text in the video explains that while some fans prefer fasted workouts, she prefers to fuel up, especially for an intense leg day.

Many fans had a lot of questions about her shoes, considering she often trains in just socks. Yes, I realize I have shoes on for the first two exercises as sometimes the weight can hit my foot. Then after a light set, if I increase the weight, I put the shoes back on. Those straps they have at my gym aren’t the most comfortable, she wrote in the comments.

For fans who want to work out like Senada and eat like her too, Senada shared her proats recipe, which involves cup of rolled oats, cup of nuts, 1 serving of protein powder (she used peanut butter), and hot water. She also topped it with fifty grams of dark chocolate due to the high amount of antioxidants it contains.

Did you know that dark chocolate is richer in antioxidants than blueberries, making it a great anti-aging superfood? It’s also a great natural pick-me-up, so you can even skip the coffee or pre-workout, she wrote in the caption.

Research shows that we should consume 50 to 70g of dark chocolate per day, and the darker the better. Here I am using 100% cocoa. No added sugar, she added. This is my latest discovery that gives me that boost to focus, to get and stay energized during my workouts without drinking a pre-workout (I’m not a fan of most pre-workouts out there. Most are not good for you) . They couldn’t wait to try your delicious recipe!
