The 28-year-old rapper has been spending *a lot* of time at the gym lately. So naturally, she’s taking fans along with easy-to-follow Instagram videos that highlight her workout routines.

In her latest Instagram video, Megan walked her fans through a strength training and HIIT workout. Staying disciplined no matter what is literally about to be a hottie movie, she captioned the post, which was a hit among her followers.

The Body rapper starts off the video rocking a matching yellow workout set, and she’s all sculpted. Next, she does sit-ups with a twist at the top to ensure she works her obliques. Then she moves on to a series of rows with kettlebells.

To get your heart pumping, Megan does a killer compound exercise next. When using the battle ropes, she jumps on and off a platform with a resistance band around her legs. Afterwards, she continues to do more abdominal movements, such as leg curls with TRX bands, working on balance, mobility and core strength.

Do you want to be a motherfucking mule or a motherfucking stallion? Megan asks in voiceover, and the answer is, of course, stud. She finishes off this spicy workout by doing lateral lunges with a resistance band around her legs, lunges with weights, and then leg raises to work that core.
