Should you tell your boss you have a mental health problem?

Having a mental health problem can sometimes make working life quite difficult, so should you talk to your bosses about it? How to do this and what companies can do to support their employees with mental health issues.

In this episode, ST Senior Health Correspondent Joyce Teo speaks to two guests.

Min Hui is a suicide survivor and volunteer with mental health charity Resillience Collective (RC).

She talks about her mental health journey and how she was able to speak openly about her mental health struggles at work.

Nicholas Lee is the executive director of RC. He shares his personal mental health story, what he’s done for staff with mental health issues, and offers suggestions on what businesses can do to help their employees recover from mental health issues.
