Rebecca Kennedy’s 5-Day Intermediate Split Strength Program on Peloton – Peloton Buddy

Rebecca Kennedy has a new intermediate-level 5-day split strength training program that launched today on Peloton. These split strength programs are designed to be picked up and repeated in future weeks so your progress can be tracked.

This isn’t the only new program today – as Andy Speer also has a new 3-day advanced split strength program.

Both programs are available for immediate use. Peloton no longer appears to make strength programs exclusive to the Peloton Guide, as they initially did when the guide was released.

Peloton also has several other split strength training programs available. You can find a list and details on all of Peloton’s training programs here.

Below, we’ll cover all the details of Rebecca’s new 5-day intermediate split strength training program, including a list of all the classes involved in the program.

This program was announced today, earlier this month, in a Peloton post.

Here’s the official description of Peloton’s “Rebecca’s Int. 5 Day Split”: “Maximize your workouts by training Split with Rebecca! Increase strength and build muscle in this 1-week program using heavier weights and targeting specific areas of the body with each workout. Repeat and track your progress!”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze medal for completing 3 classes, a Silver medal for completing 4 classes, a Gold medal for completing 5 classes out of a total of 5 classes.

How to join Peloton Rebecca’s Int. 5-day split program

At the time of publication, the programs can be accessed from the Peloton Bikes app, Tread, Peloton Digital, or the Peloton website. Simply navigate to the programs area and find the Rebecca’s Int. 5-Day Split Program and join the program. You can find and join the program on the Peloton website here.

Note that as part of the relaunch of Peloton programs, these classes are “locked” and only available as you progress through the program.
