Andy Speer’s 3-Day Advanced Split Strength Program on Peloton – Peloton Buddy

Peloton has launched a new 3-day advanced training program with Andy Speer. This is designed as a one-week program that you can do and repeat over the next few weeks to see how you are progressing over time.

Peloton also launched a new 5-day split strength program with Rebecca Kennedy today.

These programs are immediately available to all users. Peloton no longer appears to make strength programs exclusive to the Peloton Guide, as they initially did when the guide was released.

Peloton also has several other split strength training programs available. You can find a list and details on all of Peloton’s training programs here.

Below, we’ll cover all the details of Andy’s new 3-day advanced split strength training program, including a list of all the classes involved in the program.

This program was announced today, earlier this month, in a Peloton post.

Overview of “Andy’s Adv. 3-Day Split Program”

Here’s the official description of Peloton’s “Andy’s Adv. 3 Day Split”: “Maximize your workouts by training Split with Andy! Increase strength and build muscle in this 1-week program using heavier weights and targeting specific areas of the body with each workout. Repeat and track your progress!”

“Andy’s Adv. “3 Days Divided” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze medal for completing 1 class, a Silver medal for completing 2 classes, a Gold medal for completing 3 classes out of a total of 3 classes.

How to Join Peloton Andy’s Adv 3-Day Split Program

At the time of publication, the programs can be accessed from the Peloton Bikes app, Tread, Peloton Digital, or the Peloton website. Simply navigate to the programs area and find Andy’s Adv. 3-Day Split Program and join the program. You can find and join the program on the Peloton website here.

Note that as part of the relaunch of Peloton programs, these classes are “locked” and only available as you progress through the program. However, you can click on any class name in the list below to find it, where you can mark it or add it to your stack and grab it now if you wish.
